One of our 2016 projects that slipped off our archives.. Probably some of you guys might find these renderings pretty normal, not those exciting, sexy projects we did as in our portfolio.
What is extraordinary is the mere speed we took to complete these renderings.. We are only given a few days to complete these while the final design is still being worked on.. Our team of 6 (3 3D modellers & 3 renderers/post artists took 3 non-stop working days with cups of coffees/cokes to complete this project..

Central Park @ City Central
We are tasked by our long time partner, Talented Bernard Low & team to create 5 masterplan Renderings for their new client in Mandalay Myanmar.
As timeline is very tight, we basically take the general concept ideas from architects and create as much details as possible in our 3D modeling stage. Lots of efforts and liaising works are spent to ensure the intented architectural treatments are captured.
SINGAPORE – How do you sell a home that’s not built yet?
That’s a real challenge Singapore real estate developers as well as property agents faced in selling at slow property environment currently.
Looking at an architect’s drawing or a computer rendering isn’t good enough. Agents these days need to give clients a better sense of how their future home will look and feel, both inside and out.
Engaged by our Client, Aedas Pte Ltd (Singapore) to create a series of Conceptual Design 3D Visualization Renderings for The American Club Singapore. The American Club is one of the most prominent and prestigious social Club in Singapore.
Our Team of five (02 x 3D modellers, 01 x Rendering Artist, 02 x Post-Production Artists) took two weeks from 3d modelling to post-production.

This series of 3D rendering perspectives still images are created for our client, WATG Singapore. The competition is for a Mixed-Used Residential Development in Guangzhou China. Through a series of Green Initiatives, the End-Design is a well-thought design that features interesting elements throughout the development.
We are so pleased that our Client won the Design Competition. Looking forward to support our clients in the later stages.
